If you would prefer more outdoor surroundings please choose our Walk & Talk Coaching Session and have a choice of walking and talking in Eastbourne Seafront or for those of you who prefer more privacy in the comfort of your own home we also offer a complimentary online coaching session..
Please note this initial session will be free (saving £120) and thereafter any follow up sessions will be charged at £80.00 per session (60 Minutes). We do offer a 6 session package which is discounted at £420.00. For your added convenience any follow up sessions including packages will be booked on your behalf by your therapist.
Payments can be made by Debit/Credit Card. If you wish to make a bank transfer, bank details can be supplied upon request.
